Welcome to STAGE 773! With four completely different style and sized theaters, STAGE 773 is an ideal venue for your next short or long run production, late night programming, private event, staged reading, corporate training, rehearsal, audition, or other space need. The STAGE 773 staff is here to serve you and your patrons in any way, and we will do our best to make sure your stay here is comfortable and successful.

Choice/Flexibility

We started in this building as renters and we feel that if it’s your production, then you should have the flexibility and choice to:

1. Set your own ticket prices and discounts.
2. Have your own key and 24 x 7 access to the building until you open.
3. Choose your own program printers.
4. Keep fees low so your patrons don't have to pay big ticketing companies

STAGE 773 provides full box office with our knowledgeable and friendly 773 concierges, a lighting/sound package and also hands on marketing assistance to help sell your show. Our Spaces - Each of our four theater spaces has a different feel and configuration to accommodate your production needs.

Four Spaces under one roof:
• The Thrust*: Mainstage 148 Seats (thrust)
• The Pro*: Mainstage - 147 Seats (proscenium)
• The Box*: Black Box* - 78 Seats
• The Cab: Cabaret - 69 Seats

*Includes a private dressing room and bathroom backstage.
